We have made ordering the R/C tank products you need easy by using regular mail (USA customers only) or on the internet. Also for added security we handle all of your internet orders thru PayPal...the safest way on the internet to handle e-commerce! Very Important: After your order has been placed (and the items you have ordered are In Stock) we will ship your order as soon as possible but our typical shipping days are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

How to Place an Internet Order
Below each item description you'll find an "Ordering" section that allows you to order that particular item. Be sure you click the correct "Add To Cart" button that corresponds to the location you want the item to be shipped to (see list below). When you click the "Add To Cart" button for the item you want it will then be automatically put into your PayPal shopping cart. After you have completed your item selection you'll be able to complete the order/payment process on the secure PayPal website. (Top)
If the item ordered is shipping in the United States please select the "Add To Cart" button below the US flag as shown below:

If the item ordered is shipping to Canada please select the "Add To Cart" button below the Canadian flag as shown below:

How to Place a Mail Order (USA customers only)
Below each item description you'll find an "Ordering" section that allows you to order that particular item. Write down the part number and description of the item you want on a sheet of paper and enclose a Check or Money Order for the full amount (remember that the item price already includes the freight charges).
Mail the item sheet with your payment and shipping address to our address below and if you can please provide us an email address so that we can notify you that we received your payment and when the item will be shipping to you.

Pricing
To make ordering our products easy on the internet all of our items are priced in US Dollars. We have also structured the pricing* of all of our products to include the freight charges to the selected "Shipping Destination" you choose.
* Item Cost includes the price of the item and shipping costs to the selected destination only. Item cost doesn't include any other fees such as local and/or state taxes, import duties, etc. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Stock Status for an Item
When ordering an item from the Backyard Armor website we list next to the item description the stock status for that item. Below is the definition of our stock status symbols
= In stock
This means that the item is in our stock presently and will be shipped after your order is received.
= Not in stock at this time but new orders are being accepted
This means that the item is not in our stock presently and will be shipped after our next stock order is received. If you order an item that is not in stock delivery could be in 1-3 weeks but it varies.
Please Note: If you order an item that is not in stock with items that are in stock your order will be held for shipping until the backordered item(s) arrives. If you would like to receive the in stock items from your order immediately please send us an email at sales@backyardarmor.com to send them separately.
SO = Special Order Item
This means that the item is not in our stock normally and will be sent usually in 4 weeks after your order is received.
X = Sold Out!
This means that the item is no longer available.
Shipping Methods
To be sure your order arrives safely and quickly we use both the FedEx Ground, United Parcel Service or the US Postal Service (when shipping from our North American office*) and EMS Air Mail (when shipping from our Hong Kong office) to handle our packages. After receipt & packing of your order we will notify you when possible the tracking number of your package(s) to help you track your order after it has been sent.
